Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Email support@rinseproof.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Opened cartridges can be returned too.

If it doesn't lower your chlorine reading

Send us a photo of your tap and filtered strips within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. Keep the strips.

Warranty

Rinseproof products come with no warranty beyond this 30-day return policy, except where the law requires one.

Damaged or lost in transit

Email us a photo (or the tracking status) and we'll reship or refund.
